Do I need a World Mobile plan to refer people?

Yes. You need to be an active World Mobile subscriber to get your personal referral link or QR code. Sign up for any plan through HexyMobile, then access the Refer & Earn program from your World Mobile account dashboard.

When do I get paid?

Rewards are paid at milestones: when your referral activates (or at 60 days for monthly plans), at 6 months, and at 12 months for annual plans. You keep rewards from milestones already reached even if the referral cancels later.

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

No. There is no published cap on referrals. You earn rewards for every person who signs up through your link and stays connected through the milestone checkpoints.

What does my friend get when they use my link?

They receive 50% off their first month on any plan, plus priority support during setup. They get all the same features as any other subscriber: unlimited calls and texts, built in VPN, eSIM activation, and no contracts.

What if my referral cancels before the next milestone?

You keep whatever rewards you've already earned at previous milestones. If someone cancels before reaching the next payout, you simply don't receive that particular milestone reward. There's no clawback on rewards already paid.

Can I combine this with the Network Builder program?

Yes. Referrals count toward your Network Builder subscriber goals. Hex Operators also unlock enhanced reward tiers that stack on top of the standard Refer & Earn payouts.

Can I refer someone who already has World Mobile?

No. The Refer & Earn program is for new subscribers only. Existing World Mobile customers are not eligible for the new subscriber discount or referral rewards.
